Romolo ocher anti-rust (primer) is a product based on alkyd resins and cellulose compounds, which is formulated with ionization technology. This product is ready-to-use and can be used for painting all types of internal and external metal surfaces, which, in addition to its technical advantages, is also cost-effective in terms of economy and execution speed.

Surface preparation: The desired surface should be cleaned from any contamination such as dust, oil, grease, etc. and the surface should be washed with thinner so that it is uniform and free of any rust.

How to use: The following devices can be used to apply this color:

Spray with air/pressure 4-3 atmospheres/nozzle opening 1.8-1.6 mm

Airless spray / pressure 7-6 atmospheres / nozzle opening 0.53-0.43 mm

Roller, brush (for small surfaces)

Clean the desired surface from any rust, shavings, grease, dust and pollution and wait until the surface is completely dry. Use a brush, roller or gun on the surface. If necessary, it is possible to apply a new layer after at least 24 hours of the initial painting. If the work surface is uniform, 1 kg of Romolo anti-rust (primer) is enough to paint 4-5 square meters.

Romolo ocher anti-rust is produced and supplied in kilo, gallon and Aleppo packages.

The appropriate temperature for keeping the product is 10-30 degrees Celsius, the useful life of this product is 24 months provided that it is kept in a covered environment and away from moisture, freezing, extreme heat and direct sunlight.

Avoid direct contact with eyes and skin. Use gloves, glasses and appropriate clothing during application. In case of possible eye contact, wash immediately with lukewarm water for 15 minutes.
